Private Paying

You have the option to pay privately for your child's speech pathology services.

Medicare Rebates with GP Plan

If you receive a plan from your child's GP, you will be able to claim up to 5 Medicare Rebates for speech pathology appointments per calendar year. These rebates are around $60 per session. If your child is Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, they may be eligible for a further 5 sessions per calendar year.

You will need to pay for your child's appointment in full, and then Talking Tots Speech Pathology will process your Medicare rebate automatically on your behalf. â€‹â€‹
